All purchases are made to order and are fulfilled in one of the US or EU warehouses based on the shipping destination and routing preferences as well as availability. Factoring this we estimate delivery between 10-21 business days.
Notification will be sent to you via email once the order has been shipped along with a tracking number for you to monitor your order.
Please note we aim to process all orders within the above mentioned, however be aware there may be instances where orders take longer to arrive depending on availability.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
